Very helpful video! Drew my attention to the previously unrealised, and apparently rather important, fact that the rear/brake light bulb is a DUAL filament one! This knowledge can, at the very least, stop you being pulled over by the police because your brake light is permanently on 🤦😁 No harm done in my case, but be aware that just because a bulb may look right, and fit right, it still might not BE right 😁

04 focus and it's starting running it's been a few days of it but now 5 days later it's stalled out driving down the Rd and willstart again but now it's stalling out say not even 30 seconds later stalls out .

Thank you for the tip. I didn't follow it, but you led me to the cause and inspired me to try out an even more ghetto solution that worked: spray WD40 through all the buttons while rotating them (in order to clear out the contacts inside). I done it today and it seems to have worked - still need to wait a few days to see if it holds - but hey, if anyone else wants to try it, give it a shot.

Dont put to much oil on your filter, it can clogsup the air sensor in your intake.

ok, so they aren't suppose to rotate just by hand when they r on?... cause i found mine so loose a lot... i could rotate the them by hand.. i dont have a torq wrench but so how tight ahould i make them?

I purchased one of those vacuum coolant fillers to bleed the system. Are you saying that just by leaving the cap open it will bleed all the air pockets?

Seems the spark plug should last many more then 20K miles? I know the duratech is more advanced at 100K with iridium, probably could have been used in this engine.

Nice work, probably don't need the thread locker though on these joints. On the old strut you can use a vise grips on the shaft/piston to hold it to remove the thrust bearing/strut mount bolt. It was interesting to see yours was ceased with the need to remove it with and angle grinder. In the end you completed the job; again nice work.

It looks like you are going to suffer from coil bind in the back. Two of the largest coils on the rear are nearly touching when the suspension is unloaded. This is a bad thing!

Do you happen to know whats the lens diameter on those headlights,2.5 or 3 inches and what type of bulbs goes into those stock xenon headlights?
